Completion of CVA

On 14 July 2014, the Company announced that resolutions had been passed by creditors and shareholders at a general meeting of the Company to approve a Company Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA").
The Board of Yolo is pleased to announce that the CVA has now been fully discharged.
