Change of Name to Asimilar Group Plc

Earlier today YOLO announced that, at its General Meeting held at 11.00 a.m. this morning, amongst other things, a resolution was passed to change the name of the Company.
The Company is pleased to announce that the change of the Company's name to Asimilar Group Plc has today been registered at Companies House.
Accordingly the TIDM for the Company's ordinary shares will change to ASLR.
